That starts with understanding your current perspective, how you were influenced growing up, your childhood, your faith community, your culture, and how that position has served you. With this detail you can start to consider which of these beliefs still serve you and which ones are obstacles.

Challenging your beliefs and philosophy is all part of consciously and deliberately creating this next phase of your life. This time, you get to do it your way.
