Upward dog? I don’t think so! Of course I’ve always had poor upper body strength but then again sex during the upward dog position might just help build some strength where I’m lacking. All kidding aside, Yoga can help you build muscles that will make you better between the sheets.
Yoga helps you become more acquainted with your body and what makes you tick and the more intimacy you have with yourself, the better intimacy you can have with someone else. Makes sense, right?
