Gail Showalter
Gail Cawley Showalter is known in Southeast Texas as the Old Bird with Feathers of Wisdom for Women and a Soft Spot for Single Moms. Gail has loads of formal education and yet says her best education came from the School of Hard Knocks.
She founded SMORE for Women, a nonprofit that supports single moms while they earn a degree that leads to employment. She has authored many stories and her book, Living Learning Loving, Insights and Encouragement on the Path of Motherhood can be purchased on Amazon.
