Samantha Donaldson

Samantha Lee Donaldson is a freelance journalist in Boise, Idaho as well as the founder of Boise Food Salvage, an organization dedicated to taking food waste and turning it into meals for local homeless shelters. When she isn’t writing or spending time with her Fiance, she likes to hike and ride her road bike on the Boise Greenbelt.
