Steven Fritsch

Steven L. Fritsch is a California Certified Family Law Specialist. He is committed to using his extensive family law experience and knowledge to provide  clients with vigorous representation in all aspects of divorce and family law. He is proud of his reputation for being caring, easy to talk to, and extremely well versed in the complexities of family law.  
He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his law degree at California Western School of Law, where he won awards for his grades and for his volunteer legal work. He started his law career working for firms that concentrated on family law, business litigation, and real estate before opening his own family law firm.  
Steven has strong experience as both a trial litigator and a mediator, which enables him to select the best process for each client, whether that means going to trial or using mediation, depending on the circumstances.  He represents his clients in all the issues that may arise during and after a divorce, including child custody and support, alimony, and dividing assets and debts.  He has experience with military divorces and high-asset divorces. He also works with other aspects of family law, including negotiating prenuptial agreements.
