Tim has been a financial advisor in private practice for twelve years. He was raised by a single mom and strives to find ways to make divorce easier and more equitable for everyone involved. He’s married to Carly Winters Randle and they have two children, Maggie and Sam. They live in Huntsville, AL.

When not crunching numbers, Tim enjoys Maggie’s volleyball games, teaching Sam to hit off a tee, and taking Carly to concerts in nearby Nashville.

Tim’s previous Army life took him from corporal at Ft. Drum, NY, to Appalachian State University’s ROTC program, to Ft. Rucker, AL, as an officer.

After years of seeing clients struggle with attorneys and ex-spouses, Tim started Equanimity to provide financial analysis and consulting to divorcing couples to help them ‘unwind their assets with decorum and equity.’ He also supports family law attorneys with reports, projections, and expert witness testimony.
