Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
4 or 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
1/2 bottle of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce or you can make your own using this recipe
one packet of ranch seasoning mix
Put everything in the crock pot and let it cook on low for 6 hours. Shred the mix with forks. Put on a bun. Cole slaw is a nice side dish.
