You’re not eating, you’re not sleeping, the nerves are frayed…but that doesn’t mean the kids aren’t hungry. Here’s a super easy dinner you can make no matter how frazzled you feel.
Easy creamy crock pot chicken
3 frozen chicken breasts (about 2lbs total)
1 can of Campbell’s condensed soup (cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken & mushroom, whatever you have in the cabinet)
1 envelope of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (dry)
1 block of cream cheese (try the 1/3 less fat kind. No one will know the difference)
2 cups frozen veggies of any kind
Throw all of the ingredients into your crock pot. No need to mix or thaw anything. Turn the temp to low and cook for 4 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
Use a crock pot liner bag to make cleanup even simpler. The leftovers are great.
It’s that easy.
