Recently divorced, never separated, mom to 2 awesome boys. My marriage ended becasue I finally refused to be emotionally abused any longer. I am working to find myself again, I recently discovered I love running, and I am training to run 5ks. I have learned to use my anger and sadness to fuel my running.
