Thank God, It’s over.
I’m hoping I can go back to liking people again.
Well, people who aren’t judgmental assholes anyway.
I am putting the smack down on them.

I love this picture. |
Last night was Stanley’s night in the nest but he sent me a text yesterday and asked if I wanted to stay too so that we could watch with the kids together.
How nice…… Stanley’s happy. I think he’s in love.
I jumped on it just so I could be with the kids. Jumping Bean has increased anxiety when I am not in the house, so I was happy to spare her that for one night. I stopped and got a bottle of wine and we spent the early evening all together. I am so thankful that Stanley and I can be together without too much strife or turmoil. I wasn’t too happy when I came downstairs this morning and found he had left me the dishes, but whatever.
I went up at about 8 and hid out in my room to Skype ‘watch’ the election returns with Al. That was super fun. Long distance dating at 48 years old requires patience and creativity y’all. He told me early on that if Obama won he was going to strip and dance nekkid. I had forgotten that little tidbit with the stress of the evening and so imagine my surprise at the moment they call it and my 13 year-old son taps and comes in to talk about the election as I look down to the screen and see an Italian man nekkid as a jaybird and shaking his groove thing in his living room.
It was awesome people. I never laughed so hard.
After I got rid of the kid that is. Thankfully he didn’t see.
He is SOOOOOOOO much more fun than Stanley.
Oh good Lord Momma you give me so many reasons to laugh!
I woke up today feeling that everything is going to work out just fine. Better than fine. Fantastic, actually.
Hope reigns!
Thanks for the visuals, by the way. 🙂
