What is Divorce Coaching? Divorce Coaching provides you with practical and emotional support before, during and after your divorce. The coaching strategies and techniques will enable you to navigate and cope with your divorce journey so you can move forward with a positive attitude.
Who is Divorce Coaching For? A Divorce Coach is an important part of your divorce support team. A coach is your sounding board who helps prepare you for meetings with your attorney or, communicating with your ex. A coach is your educator. You don’t know what you don’t know about the legal and emotional process of divorce until you are caught up in the process. A coach helps you navigate both aspects; the legal and the emotional.
A coach is not emotionally enmeshed, they are come to your situation with an objective perspective. For that reason a divorce coach can help you avoid making emotionally based decisions before, during and after your divorce.
A Divorce Coach is your advocate. There to help you work through the pain of uncoupling and move forward to a better future for yourself.

I am just starting the divorce process, and so need help in figuring out what to do! My main goal is to learn how to navigate all without losing my mind. How do I find the right lawyer, do I even need one? How do I keep costs down, how do I manage visitation, what is the best way to communicate with my Ex? I could so use your help!

I so need your help! My goal would be to get perspective, which I seem to have lost… I need an objective voice to guide me through this process. I would really benefit from having these sessions! Thank you

I am at the very beginning of this process. In the end, i want to get back to feeling like myself again. I have a lot of anxiety about losing myself more and being lost at the end. I want to leave this marriage with my dignity and be financially stable for my children.

I’m almost a year into my divorce and I’m drowning, emotionally and financially. I’ve tried everything to settle and STBE wants to go to court. I need help navigating my way through this hell I’m living in. I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel and I believe you could help me.
I want to feel whole again. I want my daughter to have a mom she can look up to at the end of this.

I love this site, it has been a HUGE help to me as I’m going through my divorce. Getting fee coaching sessions? That would be amazing, I can feel myself getting lighter at the thought. Pick me!
Amber Teater says
I would LOVE to win some coaching. Since starting my divorce process I am unable to afford my therapist as I lost my health insurance so this would be a very welcome addition to dealing with a very hard to deal with ex! I am just ready to move on but its hard when your ex is a classic narcissist.

My goal? To cope better, to be a better mom to my kids throughout this process, to not be so angry, to know that I will be happy again. These sessions would give me the support I need to move forward.
Brenda says
The thought of not going through this alone gives me strength! I am trying to figure out what to do next. Having Cathy help me would be an amazing gift, it would set me on the right path for moving forward.

I could really benefit fom this opportunity and would be most grateful for the chance to connect with a coach. I truly need a lifeline right now and coaching would help provide a link to resources I have not ever had. I’ve been completely isolated and though I have left no stone unturned in my search for community help and support, shockingly, I have found nothiing. My true story is too unbelievable for others to fathom. My husband destroyed any evidence I had to demonstrate what really happened, so I’ve been marginalized and turned away.

My primary goal would be to find a way to pursue my legal options and to manage my divorce given my lack of resources and the approach my husband has taken. I want to learn how to reconnect with others to build a mutually supportive network and find places to look for that support when all other avenues have failed.

I would really like top have a Divorce Coach and win this contest. It will be three years this August that my divorce was finalized. I am still frozen in fear. I find it impossible to trust anyone. I have turned into a hermit. My goal is to be a positive role model for my sons- who are beginning to be mini me’s with not trusting anyone. Their dad has turned his back on them and has not seen them for 4 years. (He is living with a gay man) Please help us. I am not really sure anyone can be fully trusted again.
