The Divorce School: It’s Free, It’s Practical, It’s Transformative
Divorce School? It wasn’t a thing until we made it a thing. Come April 1st anyone thinking about, going through or moving on after divorce will have the opportunity to attend The Divorce School.
Thanks to the initiative of DivorcedMoms.com and DivorceMag.com you will learn from lawyers, judges, mediators, coaches and divorcees who’ve “been there, done that” essential information about every aspect of the divorce process.
What Is The Divorce School?
A unique online learning center where people will learn to make better choices before, during, and after divorce. Divorce professionals, as well as real people who have experienced the process first-hand, will share their expertise and experience through videos and podcasts; free, practical, and transformative, the first semester will begin in April 2016.
Who Is Our Faculty?

Honorable Michele F. Lowrance, the Dean of the Divorce School, is a divorce mediator and a retired family law judge in Chicago who has over 39 years of experience as a lawyer, judge and mediator. A child of divorce and divorced herself.

Cathy Meyer, Master Certified Coach (MCC), Divorce Support Expert at About.com and Managing Editor, DivorcedMoms.com, who has been divorced for x years with two children.
Megan Hunter, MBA, is an international speaker and author on the topic of high-conflict disputes and complicated relationships. She is the co-founder of the High Conflict Institute and Unhooked Media.
Rosalind Sedecca, CLC is a Divorce & Parenting Coach, trainer and Founder of the Child-Centered Divorce Network. She is an author and has created an audio coaching program for divorced parents.
Alison Fosbery, MA, Registered Psychotherapist who has been working with families for 10 years and is a child of divorce.
Dan Couvrette, Publisher, and co-owner of Divorce Magazine, DivorcedMoms.com and Family Lawyer Magazine who started these magazines after his divorce. He has been remarried and is a father of 2 sons from his first marriage.
Martha Chan, Co-Owner of Divorce Magazine, DivorcedMoms.com and Family Lawyer Magazine who has been a stepmother for 18 years.
