The Story Of My Divorce, Told Through GIFs

If you are living through, or have survived, divorce, you know that emotions run high on both sides before, during and after the process. We’ve all said and done things we regret. We are hyper critical of every word uttered by the ex, and we search for deeper meaning in every expression that crosses the other’s face. But it’s important to step back occasionally and try to find some humor in the situation – and admit that some of the things we are saying and doing are absolutely ridiculous. Even on the bleakest days, there is always a reason to giggle. I’m a big fan of memes and GIFs – especially these ones, which illustrate my divorce rather comically.
