I’m Alicia Taverner, and it’s my passion to help women heal and learn to have amazing relationships.

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and before starting my practice I spent 4 years working for a homeless shelter where I helped women find themselves, gain confidence, and start their lives over again.

While their situations were severe, and the future seemed bleak, they were able to create lives they only dreamed of. They taught me as much as I taught them, and it was there that I learned how amazing it was to encourage and see growth in women.

Aside from being a business owner, I love writing, and I’m a wife and mother of a 16-year-old daughter and 17-month-old son.
