My name is Pembroke (pem-brook.) I’m a thirty-something mom of three sitting mid-divorce in the Midwest.

Some stuff

I’m divorcing after nineteen years of marriage.

I’m enjoying (poor choice of words?) an early separation from my husband before our divorce is final. This is the first time I’ve ever lived on my own.

I currently have joint custody of our teenage daughter but also have two children just over the age of eighteen.

I read a lot, write a lot and talk a lot. We should get along just fine.
