Amy Chung
A.S. Chung is a mother of a young toddler, blogger and author of children’s picture books. Divorce inspired her to create Pigeonhole Books, which is a gentle resource to deal with life’s challenges.
Her first book, A Brand New Day: A Banana Split Story was written as a way to communicate with her daughter and show her that life continues after difficult times.
The book is a gentle resource for all young families using loving words and beautiful illustrations.
She has a great desire to preach positive messages and the importance of love and family to young children.
Therefore, Pigeonhole Books is a project very close to her heart. Apart from the topic of divorce, Pigeonhole Books also deals with same-sex, blended and multiracial families.
Her second book Wishful Wedding: A Pocketful of Pride is her first LGBTQ children’s literature dealing with marriage equality and same gender parenting.
A.S. Chung also maintains a writing blog at Pigeonhole Books where she imparts online book marketing tips for indie authors whilst producing personal interviews with children’s book illustrators, self-publishing and New York Bestselling authors as well as bloggers about divorce.
